Any false or misleading details may result in cancellation of registration or
participation.
Registration & Entry
Registration is mandatory for all attendees, recruiters, and exhibitors.
Entry will be allowed only during scheduled event hours with valid registration
confirmation.
Job Seekers’ Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes and profiles.
The organizers do not guarantee job placement, as hiring decisions rest solely with
recruiters.
Recruiters’ & Exhibitors’ Responsibilities
Recruiters must ensure job postings are accurate, lawful, and relevant to the apparel
industry.
Misleading, inappropriate, or fraudulent content is strictly prohibited.
Stall Allocation
Stall allocation is subject to availability and managed by the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to re-allocate stalls if operational requirements
arise.
Fees & Payments
Participation fees and stall booking charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payments must be completed within the stipulated timeline to confirm participation.
Conduct & Compliance
All participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct during the event.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the venue.
Organizer Rights
The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, terms, or participation
policies.
